Our Service Providers include Ueat, Doordash, UberEat, Libro, Mail Chimp, See my apps, Payfacto, and others. We do not authorize them to use or disclose the information provided for their own marketing or other purposes. It is important to note, however, that when you create a meal delivery or takeout account, place a meal order online, participate in one of our rewards and loyalty programs, complete a survey, or apply for a job online, you may be redirected to our Service Providers’ website, which is managed by them. It is your responsibility to read their privacy policies and separate privacy terms and conditions to better understand how these Service Providers manage your Personal Information. SHACK ATTAKK assumes no responsibility or liability for the manner in which they may collect, use, share or otherwise treat your Personal Information.
Transactional information
SHACK ATTAKK does not collect, process or store your credit card information. However, we do use Service Providers such as Global payment and Payfacto, to process transactions you request on our Website, such as the purchase of gift cards. Again, it is your responsibility to read and understand the privacy policies of these Service Providers to better understand how your credit card information is managed and protected by these Service Providers.
